You are a HMTN. If you want to ascend to LHTN to MHTN, debloat. If chadlite or chad is your goal, surgery

If you want, I could provide tips on dieting, working out / gymmaxxing

Since you are skinny, you should start by bulking. You should clean bulk because it is going to make you feel better and perform better. Dieting wise eliminate ultra processed foods and focus on eating whole foods. Gymmaxxing/ workout out wise, if you can go to the gym aim to minimum do 4 sessions per week with a push pull legs spilt. I personally do calenthetheis, so I cannot provide you with a specific workouts for that spilt but you can just use chatgpt to create ones for you. Every 2-3 weeks you should increase either the reps or weight you use for your workouts. This is called progressive overload and it will allow for muscle growth.

Steriods or peptides could help, but don't use them if you have a long-term goal of making it in any physical sport. If you are to use steroids or peptides, you still have to hit the gym. I will warn you, steroids will lower your life span.
