Think about the lighting tho he is probably low MTN. Imagine him with slightly bigger eyes, weaker jaw and just less definition in general. He would look like an MTN with a long philtrum

you could also try insoles if you are very insecure about your height

High mtn. Main area of progress should be lower third; train masseters, keep good posture and breathe through your nose to get forward and sideways growth of the mandible. Even if you're 5'6 maybe you have a late growth spurt and will reach htn soon
