Cant really improve non-existent ramus but u can work on the eyebrows they look very asymmetrical

its not really non existent its mostly just the position of his mandible which can be changed thru surgery

Your whole eye area is really asymmetrical, you need to minimize it asap, maybe try a new hairstyle that could hide a bit of your profile idek what to say about it, like a longer one, idk if it is bcs of the lighting but your cheeks are VERY asymmetrical too
