Looks good, but I think you need more facial definition, workout and get lean and do a lower eyelid surgery

Yeah I put Vaseline on my face it makes my face bloated.I have a little overbite I am going to see a dentist next week. What can i do to improve chin philtrum ratio?
I am not bengali but i am east Indian.
If you have any lookmaxes for me please suggest it.
