What to improve? I kind of like my face currently, and get quite a lot of attention from girls, so I wouldn't say MTN from anecdotal evidence.

Perhaps I have more feminine facial features that males here rating my face would find unattractive, while females find it attractive. Just a hypothesis on the discrepancy.
