Do you think fixing it will reduce the chin? In a way it does help out a bit because it makes me look more masculine but the underbite also brings me down a lot.

Trust me, a smaller chin would be better. As of right now, your chin doesn't look natural (even though it probably is); it looks like you are jutting out intentionally, and people pick up on that. Only thing I'm worried about is your large philtrum after your orthodontic work.

I’m not that’s actually how my chin looks. If I smile though the underbite becomes more prominent obviously.

I think it’s because I have a prominent chin naturally and my head shape is just overall long so fixing the underbite would just reduce it from the side a bit as you said.

Just a warning, if you get double jaw surgery your nose width will increase so do alar base or whatever that method is called or get a rhino after a year
