My one cent,don't keep your hair too high on top or too textured, because your face is already long, and it makes it look even longer. Also, grow out the sides a bit to maintain proper proportions.

htn, maybe low-mid htn with cl potential. not very good ramus (maybe due to bloat, because i can see it just a bit kind of bloated), other thing i can point out is your cheekbones (zygos) arent very prominent but that doesnt matter, you have good eyes and you are a prettyboy phenotype
