Long Midface (0.92), Low FWHR (1.59 - horse tier), Negative Canthal Tilt, Excessive Upper Eyelid Exposure, High-Set Eyebrows, Recessed undereyes, Hooked / Bird Nose, T50 eyes, Crimson Chin to Philtrum Ratio, Bad Skin Quality, 404 zygos, Big Upper Lip, Flat Maxilla, probably more.

Only notable thing is the High Bigonial Width, but it ends there.

He's obviously concealing them like you mentioned, I'm just stating for everyday appearance wearing a concealer is not really going to cut it.

Everything has it's own evolutionary reason for why it's unattractive.
