But on a serious note, Gonna need a genioplasty and or bimax down the road, obviously lose weight like you said, would grow out the hair but also consider dying it darker, the eyes seem sunken but with the right hair color and weight loss your face will have a more striking look to it. Genuinely not over, would be awesome to see an ascension soon.
