Tbf nazis hated slavs not only because they thought they had inferior genes but also in large part because they lived in territories that germans wanted for themselves. In large part it was genetics that determined who was an enemy and thus who should be eliminated, and who is of pure blood and should be incorporated into german people. Many slavic children were kindapped from their parents and brought into germany to be raised there. Hitler was recorded saying how "even mongols can produce people of high genetic quality, yet it takes them 20 or so years for just one such person to be born", so it was in large part the frequency and distribution of good genes in the population. That being said, he didn't like slavs because of their low percentage of genetic pureness as he saw it, but with this in mind you can see why some slavs believe they would be one of those "incorporated ones"
