So, I got a haircut, so my dysmorphic features are more obvious in these pictures.
As I said before, I am planning on genioplasty, eyebrow symmetry surgery, rhino, blepharoplasty, jaw fillers, eye change, mouth symmetry/enlargement surg.
Any other advice/suggestion would be welcome.

Should I take your comment at face value? Or are you being sarcastic? Thank you tho. The thing is I am planning to go through multiple surgeries, but what bothers me is that, in case my face gets wider, I'll have to handle my narrow forehead somehow.

some of the stuff u mentioned on ur list isnt 5k anywhere, mouth enlargement? do u mean lateral commissuroplasy? you'd have to go to eppley for 5-6k I think. also whats 'eye change'

The reason I'm asking about it is because there might have been a misunderstanding from the surgeon. Are you referring to mouth enlargement by itself being more than 5k? I don't think rhino+jaw+zyg fillers are more expensive than 3k, no?

Point is I devolved because I stoped going to the gym....got around 10kg, and transformed into a couch potato, because I got demoralised for not ascending only through gym maxing. I know I must get fit asap, but my fucking depression wont let me...

get the surgeries then. u can get to 5psl with enough surgeries and at that level, gymmaxing will matter. how old are u btw

Depression overthinking etc all Signs of a collapsed androgenic system. Get lean and take supplements and Boost your androgenic system look up some guides here.
