You look saveable. You’re a high LTN and, no offense, a solid 5/10. One of the biggest things I tell people who want to ascend is that you should wait until puberty fully hits. It usually happens around 17–19 years old that’s when your true potential will show. Just go to the gym, avoid thumb-pulling, and follow a good skincare routine (you need one). That’s when you’ll reach mid MTN to high MTN

try to improve for some years , the key it s the constancy and i few don t see some good improvment u need surgery

sadly i have been, ive known looks matter since 13 and hopped on hgh and anastrozole for 3 years and tried minox and dermarolling
and working out but my bad frame and muscle insertions made me lose consistency and hope but im trying to be consistent again. would a lip lift or filler be enough to help my midface and fix my lips or do i need more and other surgeries to get to atleast htn? ima try to get to around 10 bf before i lose hope tho

5/10 is like mid-high MTN? High LTN is 3.5-4
