I've never bloated this much in my life before. I ate so much salty stuff it's crazy. But had to cuz I ate out with some peers

Spareribs, chicken wings, a lot of grilled fish, shrimps. I also salted the food on top of that. I also ate Angus beef. It is just too much. Mightve exceeded 5k cals. I also ate some ice cream. So also high carbs and cake jfl it's all over the place my body is so big it could handle it mircaulously
