I've noticed recently that ever since I started to gain more knowledge in facial aesthetics, I now hyper-analyze everybody I see in the street, whereas before I didn't really pay that much attention. I remember when I first watched Scott pilgrim i didn't think much of michael cera, thought he was a normal slightly below average guy. Now whenever I see him I can't stop thinking about his terrible hyoid jfl. I'm in the process of trying to dial this back a little, it hinder some interactions in everyday life.

it happens to a lot of people and it's mainly due to lighting and expressions (like opening your eyes too much)

I sleep 10 hours but still eyebags, the situation at home is good but iam ldaring, i have no motivation to do something
