I don't think so because you can become more dimorphic, bigger bones, but your phenotype and little features aren't gonna really change.

tho I don't believe in the idea of a "chad" fully. You aren't gonna look any less of a man next to some 5'10 guy with a great face. You can slay and look pretty good. Anything else is just icing on the cake
