Get more sleep if possible or whatever is causing the eye bags stay clean shaved do smth to eyebrows if you want Alr thick tho assuming you have a decent physical appearance your 6,2 and 18 your fine and try and get rid of the scaring. lowk to lazy to write more but do research abt it.

Not bad, potential to be HTN, but i would say HMTN judging from this picture

Jaw looks narrow, and ramus could be longer, which gives you a bit of a weird look, i remember seeing a post of someone that had a really similar facial structure, i dont have any advice honestly, could do surgery, but surgery isnt reliable unless ur a LLTN/Subhuman, try doing research about things to fix that, you got a bit of time to looksmax normally since you are 18 and you fully stop growing during the age 21 (You could still improve after 21, just gonna be way slower and harder, and some methods may be useless/temporary)

Flat looking upper third from the side view, looks weird, same thing, i dont know how to fix that, maybe you cant even fix it.

Judging by this picture i could tell you that you have a compact mid face, long lower third (or wtv the name is), a weak chin and a average size looking forehead, my advice is trying to clean up your eyebrow to give a more organized look, try lowering the redness from your face, specially nose.

Overall: Most of the stuff you could change, is really hard to change or maybe impossible, but dont take my word as a fact, im not a professional, just saying what i think.

Almost 4 months, accutane made my eyebags even worse cause it make your skin thin.
