Skin: Niacinamide 4-5% lightweight moisturizer and SPF 30+ every morning. Gentle, low-pH cleanser every night and adapalene 0.3% 3-4 nights a week.
Diet: remove liquid sugar, refined carbs, increase zinc (red meat, oysters) get good vitamin A, eat liver once a week max, maintain vitamin C intake, eat a lot of collagen foods (gelatin, bone broth), consume glycine-rich cuts (oxtail, shank), consume 1.6g of protein per kilogram of body weight, milk and dairy (especially post-training), no seed oils, omega-3 foods, no alcohol
facial structure: maintain mild caloric surplus or maintenance (do not cut aggresivly)
hair: use some sea salt spray, consume biotin and iron, sleep 8-9 hours as hair follicles are hormone-sensitive.
Body: underdeveloped deltoids and upper chest relative to the head, prioritise overhead pressing, incline pressing, and lateral raises.
posture: to chin tucks, neck training, and upper-back strengthening exercises daily
