The secondary disadvantages are:
Faintly visible bigonial bone (the face looks narrow and the angles of the jaw are not visible front and side)
Poorly visible angle of the jaw and not an ideal degree.
Not an ideal inclination of the eye canthus, the feeling of a drooping lower eyelid
*A third of the chin face is significantly larger than all the others.

I’m ngl to u bro, I’m always brutally honest with no bias, a 5.35 SMV is the same as Mid MTN, your SMV is like 2-3 range due to height and being a LTN facially

Idk how lens distorted your pic is.. it seems quite lens distorted so your features might appear wider irl.

But.

If you get aggressive zygo and jaw angle implants, apply minoxidil to brows and dye them, get a rhinoplasty and clear your acne scars, you will look much better.

That being said it seems really unrealistic imo.

you can try rhino but idk I think it might botch it up even more.
Jaw implants also your eyebrow ridge is quite feminine, hence the lack of more deeper set eyes
