Well first of all, i dont want to come off as rude or mean. But overall (at the moment, you are young and still developing), you would be a Low-Mtn

-Antartica jaw downgrowth

Bad eye area:

-extreme negative canthal tilt, froggy eyes

-zygos 404

Foward head posture.


You should, first off realize that you are 16, you are both young (inmature mentally) and still developing, so no surgeries until at least you are 21, secondly fix your posture and just let nature do its thing to help you grow your face normally
