you need vertical aswell as horizontal alignement, so basically they will kinda cut a part out and put it a bit backwards + they will do Mandibular rotation so that it doesnt point upwards that much, so BSSO setback + rotation

Wait isn't yr biggest falio mate, just bulk to healthy weight and eat in a surplus and your fine, but really u need to save up and get surgery ASAP but in the mean time cut your hair, 0.025 tret, get darker and thicker eyebrows and lashes. Your face just has 0 things that's striking.
