I'm 16 5'11" and I would like to know what you think my rating is and what I need to improve in order to ascend and reach my potential. I now have some fat I need to burn but don't know how without starving and risk to cap my height potential

you’re 5’11 at 16 with solid mid htn potential and you're already spiraling over a bit of fat like it’s the end of the world, calm down. you’re not even that fat, you just got soft from eating trash and not moving enough. nobody cares if you’re scared to “starve,” just stop coping and fix it. slight deficit, high protein, cardio, done. you're not special, everyone has to suffer a bit. if you're already panicking over baby fat, you're not built for this long term.

clean yourself up, get your routine tight, and throw on something that actually fits. Baggy jeans, neutral shirt, maybe a leather strap watch if you wanna pretend you’ve got taste. with your base you’d mog most kids if you stopped crying and just locked in.

I know, I had already done a month at 700 kcals per day but then everyone around me told me to eat more in order to grow more. But yeah I just started going to the gym and will definitely do a low calorie deficit

700 cals a day was way too low and not gonna help you long term, good you stopped that. people telling you to eat more aren’t totally wrong but you don’t have to go crazy either. just eat a bit less than maintenance keep protein up and hit the gym regularly. at 5’11 and 16 you’ve got a solid base so focus on getting consistent with training and clean eating. don’t stress about crazy diets or starving just keep it simple and let your body do its thing while you build muscle and lose fat. patience and consistency are what really move the needle
