possible hydrocortisone for the nose (what do you think @xnj )
increase upper lip size
grow your hair long to cover those flat zygos (cus i think youre still too young to get implants)
then basic shit like fixing diet and lifestyle

get a palate expander and braces if you have a small palate and crooked teeth
go exercise, you look like a twig and train your neck
