OP's side profile is actually pretty good, only a rhinoplasty is needed.

You can also see the good jaw development in some of the frontal profile selfies.

Even with rhino, UEE fat grafting, would he reach MTN though? Side profile wise definitely, frontal profile probably not, all due to a falio he cannot fix.

I was under the assumption of commisuroplasty could ascend his subhuman lips but nah

He has good bone development esp in lower third
Well developed supra and not even negative orbital vector
His midface is surprisingly ideal (insane)


He has all fixable falloes except one (lips) which would require him to have cl tier harmony and bones to make sure hes not at mtn ngl

Your lips are very narrow which just really ruins you lower third imo I think u need rhino and somthing for the lips like a lateral commissary
