Yeah, appealmaxx by learning how to wear based on your ethnicity/phenotype, other than that you could do some things like grow your hair out, building a good physique, and try to wear shoe lifts to make you a bit taller

But you can go to the gym and thicken your neck to give the illusion that it's wider.
