Idk maybe get a better hair cut. You have good skin and coloring, so it's really down to hardmaxxing. Since ALL of your features are low-mediocre, but none are true failos, no one surgery will fix you.

Rhino is viable. I just said there is no surgery you can do to instantly ascend, but there are many that bring small improvements. Nose width matters more than nose shape btw since nobody irl cares about side profile

I'd definitely grow a beard if I was you. Not something crazy, but a stubble to hide the weak lower third a bit and add masculinity to your face. Don't grow a pedo stache tho, just saying.

You kind of remind me of that one guy from all those bp edits. But you should lean out and try to get longer hair to kind of cover your sides. And if you're serious about surgey I think Jaw Implants would ascend you way more in my opinion + Lip fillers because you're lips are pretty thin. But you have thick eyebrows and a nice browridge

Yeah the interpupilar distance is pretty fucked but it isn't a massive flaw since his eyebrows distract from it

This looks 10 times better. It hides your forehead wich is on the larger side. It also gives you those curls which helps with averegeness. Your lips are just pretty thin. Maybe try volufine on them (Results are pretty mixed per person so don't expect to much)
