Yes actually now that I'm looking at this again today, I want to change my rating. Your face is very hit or miss and tricky to rate.
I'd give you anywhere between 4.5 to 5.0. If you get this haircut, I think your looks will massively improve. Your current haircut is making your face look too small. Get this haircut instead

Failos in order IMO:
1. Your haircut is way too bulky on the top making all your weakpoints look worse. Bangs make your midface worse. Part it in the middle like in this pic

or get the hair off your forehead entirely. Either way you need to get a haircut.
2. Your jaw width is very thin (You're 16 so don't worry about this yet)
3. Thin upper lip
4. Neck overpowers head (because of thin jaw)

I'd never recommend a lip lift but I think you would benefit from it due to your slightly longer midface and lack of upper lip. Please heavily consult with a surgeon before doing such a thing though (When you're an adult) as I'm not a professional.

Keep in mind you're still very attractive but those failos keep you from going to Chadlite from HTN.
