I'm 17 years old and I have bad asymmetry, how could I improve my appearance. Please no insults.
I also have a philtrum that is too short

thicker eyebrows and rhinoplasty, you have a good profile btw

you need surgery just like we all do
ik try colouring pill with melanotan and grow out hair
