rate me and improvement advice (5'11)

I used to look really bad, have been looksmaxxing for a while now, you can see my prior posts in my account history, not really very active on here, I would need advice on how to further ascend, Im definitely going to be getting surgeries, I have been thumbpulling, and other various methods to continue gaining hollow cheeks, I've acheived hunter eyes completely with positive canthal tilt which took a long time, going for a dark triad & pretty boy mix type of look which I havent really seen alot of, I get great reactions on omegle and the gym as of lately so I think im doing something right atleast. remember guys, lean is law.

also thinking about doing blue contacts after I get certain surgeries, but for now just need advice on what I should do

Only way to get hollow cheeks for u is to either debloat, or buccal fat removal, u still seem a bit fat frontal, or either it's just the bloat

its the bloat, because i just recently ate a bit for gym, but still look good so decided to update the forum, ive ran a full debloat and have seen for myself what I am when debloated
