You should get jaw and cheekbone fillers to create more angularity. You should eyebrow max with minox + dermapen to add some eye area halos. Cantho on left eye to correct eye area symmetries. Rhino is neccesary for deprojection and reshaping. Your midface and infras are recessed so I would go for infras + paransal implants for you as your mandible is already long and lefort 1 is higher risk than paranasals usually. With all of that I believe you can reach chadlite+ @Chicofuckedmywife did i miss anything
