The only surgery i got so far is a lip lift to shorten my philtrum

Close to none, if I'm lucky i might get 3 lays from different very plain white females in a year, but they tend to have other guys as well, other than that I mostly get ghosted.

If anything, a suggestion I think that could easily do is get a better hairstyle, something a fair bit longer, it will make you look more youthful and distract the viewer from your eyes to your hair.

Wow, Chadlite? I appreciate the kind words, but as you said, it's far from enough on order to get decent action. I money maxed so i doing mind getting the necessary surgeries to get to Chad level is possible, or at least get surgery to look younger. Thank you again for your kind words

No, I wouldn't risk it, you don't look bad for your age and the situation you have been given, there are certainly others worse, although I think it heavily depends on your height. How tall are you? Under 5' 10, maybe some surgery might be good. Over 6'0, I think you'll be fine.

His bone structure is above average imo he just has volume and collagen loss in a few areas which can be fixed with botox and fillers

No, you need a skull implant if you want to pull off your shorter hair. Else you just need longer hair. Your jaw is proportionate to your small head but you need to fraud a bigger head before you can significantly widen your jaw

In 10 years inceldom will start from 6/10 men, it's getting worse every year

But I do think if you got something like this haircut and tried to solve the eyes and widened your mandible, all like this guy, you would easily be a 7/10.

I never recommend surgeries. You have a recessed maxilla, absolute shit gonial angle, balding, shit eyes + trash pheno. You can find hardmaxx fixes on the forum but i sincerely don't recommend surgery.

Damn, that sounds more like a sub 5 lol. I mean it's already over for me in a sense, my approach was to get eye surgery, widen the mandible, a nose job and get hair implants.

These are superficial fixes your real problem is your recession and downgrown mandible. Unrecess + CCW rotation and your eyes + nose + mandible width will be fixed. You have to treat the root cause.

Yea, it took me long to realize that it's over. Even tho I money maxed, my looks kind of ruined my life. I can try the hair solution but since I have back ethnicity curly hair, i don't know how i can get my hair like pic you sent me. For the rest, i can get mandible implants and eye surgery no problem

I think that the guy in the image should be what your goal look is, and I do think to a certain extent it is achievable with some surgery and changing your hair. As for the type of curly hair, you should consider a perm or something on those lines, as I believe it would work.
