Wondering if you guys could give me some tips on ascending, i personally think im sub something

i dont eat much, but im starting to
 
stopped eating lots of carba/ cut down
 
any tips or anything softmaxx? Like more hair growth or acne treatment?

Its not over bro trust. You should grow tour hair out a little more making your middle part look nicer. Also get a caffeine serum for your dark spots on your eyes. next you. stop eating any ultra processed foods/fast foods and focas on diet start eating meats more often if not everyday so you can get a more developed face from chewing and then just get more sunlight if you can but this will take a while but its better to start now than later

ma boy, you still young and in the prime of your puberty hopefully, dont cut, go on a lean bulk, train 3 times fb a week if you're busy with school or ppl + upper lower, i useggest if possible to swim a lot 3 sessions of 1-2 hours of intense controlled with great form swimming will shape you and make you look good when you'll be in your early 20s, i would suggest having a surplus of only 500 to 700 calories weekly and just keep doing that, you still havent developed nothing in your body so dont listen to niggas in here
