Hey new to the forum just looking for some honest feedback and advice for my friend and i. 18yo and 22yo. we are both on a cut rn trying to get lean. any softmax or supplement recommendations?

both ltn, guy on the right could do with dying his eyebrows they are basically invisible

1st one mltn. Need to lose face fat, grow the eyebrows/lash, fix uneven skin tone and consider hair transplant and chin implant. 2nd dude lmtn. Need to grow the eyebrows/lashesh , better coloring, get leaner, train the neck get a haircut and lip filler.

Yeah dyeing is a great idea, use a darker shade of your natural hair color. 1st dude would look so great with longer and healthier hair. any kind of fade suits him ngl. 2nd dude will go well with curtain flow or middle flow. Just do neck curl and neck extensions with very light weight.

you need to work on your dimorphism, you genuinely look 14 and boneless

hltn is the average btw so you're still technically slightly better looking then most, i do doubt that you get compliments on your eyes because they suck
