You're like me. Your looks are carried by your eye area. Your middle and lower 3rd are bad and your facial shape isnt really ideal. Its like boxlike or like a square diamond

Narrower face, smaller nose and it was shortened, bigger chin. And that's no where near 7.5 that's about 5.6

its a bunch of apps but that isnt as easy to do it would require something a lot more powerful like photoshop.
also I never made your midface longer I simply shortened your nose

I think you're correct here - jaw surgery isn't gonna do much for it may not add desired vertical and horizontal height to my jaw and chin.

Are implants permanent though?

thats why custom implants are better because you can make them however you want them, aka choose the desired dimensions. and custom implants can be taken out if you dont like the results.

Are they permanent? By permanent I mean do they last 10-20 years at least?
