RATE ME
I apologise for the shitty photos, one is a selfie taken on snap 2 secs ago and the other is the only photo of my side profile i have.
I am 17, 5,11 67kg
the only things i take now is ashwaganda and retinol
i have ordered hgh and anastrozole so i can work on my frame and hopefully reach 6ft
i do neck and jaw exercises everyday
what should i add to my stack and routine so i can reach the peak athletic performance build and improve facially?
i will be taking 3->6->8?? iu on my hgh cycle (maybe 8 might just stay at 6)
all advice is very helpful
