Your eye area looks pretty nice, and your face seems and appears to be decently lean however I feel that for your face a better hair cut would suit you better. Preferably grow out the sides and the back and keep the front somewhat short kind of like how it is.

You also seem to have a little bit of acne though it’s hard to tell because of the lightning but softmaxxes for acne could be icing your face every morning and cutting out added sugars. Then besides that just improve yourself in other aspects like getting fit, staying in school, developing a social life, getting ideal sleep, ect.
