Rate me and tell me me what to improve 17y

Its realy strange i lost 10 kg but see small differences in my body im on 65kg right now but not even close to abs
How tall are you? And having visible abs is all about being low body fat + working out your abs often. You can lose the numbers on the scale but properly losing fat is an entirely different thing

Im 180 cm i mean i have noticed that i lost fat but everyday im thinking that im still to chubby looking it drives me crazy

What do you eat every single day and how often do you do cardio like boxing and running? Do you do sports?

I mostly eat clean im on a traineeship and earn like 1k a month so i eat like 3 steaks a week drink alot of coconut water sometimes homemade stuff by my mum like pasta but i avoid most carbs i eat vegetables with flesh all the time and some bread
 
And im not sure how much weight i can lose like i dont feel like 65kg other people weight more then me and have better facial features
Get rid of facial hair grow the head on your hair out then get a better haircut from a hair dressers not a barbers firstly. Secondly post about gaining more height it may help if you want to be taller you’ll probably be able to get some advice on here about that considering you’re still a bit young I guess

Powerade zero i drink alot caffeine and i smoke nicotine and smoke weed almost everyday i cutted on alkohol i used to drink alot but the calories are to much i think i eat like 1000 calories a day

For bread you should be eating high fibre low calorie. The coconut water thing don’t know if I’ve ever drank much of that I usually just get normal bottled water from shops I don’t drink tap water. Which vegetables are you eating? Overall it’s just about no junk food and much more natural less processed food. Like meat from farms overall more expensive food and milk from farms often are better than stuff you’ll get at tesco

Yeah you have to stop with coffee nicotine weed and alcohol it’s all unhealthy as fuck. I know this is obviously common information addiction isn’t easy heh

i heard that caffeine is a way to deblow that why i started in the first place and i know weed and nicotine are bad but do they chance my face or my overall apereance?

Your not gonna lose weight by eating 1k
Your body goes into emergency mode when you suddenly switch to a low calorie diet and slows your metabolism so you dont lose weight

What do you mean flesh? Fried eggs are good for protein raw eggs have less protein but more nutrients. Stop eating for the sake of eating and only eat when you’re physically hungry or when you’re going to do stuff/when you’ve done stuff

You could jut your chin out but it might make your entire face look narrow

Oh right meat. Steak and beef are both good for you but if you can get liver and heart they’re both very beneficial as well. There’s plenty of information on here just make a post asking about diet and look at posts which go over good diets

Narrow is better, your face isnt really wide its just because your jaw is short
