Kinda resembles Orb which is a good thing. Great eye area, as others have said, but you share his weakness as well, such as weak lower third. Leanmaxxing should hopefully improve angularity a little bit, if not then start looking into surgeries/implants.

The sides of your face are slightly asymmetric with the left side of the picture having more width. Isn't noticeable though. Good eye area but it looks like mostly soft tissue. Needs a wider mouth. Can't see any eyelashes. Got good harmony & coloring. Looks like ok forward growth but would need a side profile to confirm. You look bloated af.
I'll say 5 psl. Get cheekbone implants & a bigger neck for easy looksmax.
