ltn cause acne is always a major flaw even tho its the easiest to improve. your acne is pretty shit tho so could be hormones or bad lifestyle. tbh at your level of acne ppl prob think" eWWW if i get to close it will spread to my face!!" (ive experience ppl repellent with acne first hand ) You honestly have a great base and could be in the htn range with softmaxxing .colormaxxing too is pretty easy so give it try. main thing is to fix skin and u rly only need implants to your supra orbitals to be chad. gl with your acension bro
