yeah im not acting like i don’t see things. ive been looking at my structure and posture and trying to understand whats actually goin on
here is what i’ve noticed so far:
crossbite
chin looks stronger than upper jaw visually
idk i think no severe retrognathia
ofc asymmetry
one side of the jaw sharper than the other
“slightly” crooked nose
submental area soft ash when relaxed
if i flex digastric / push jaw forward jawline shows but uneven (before: photo 2, after: photo 3)
forward head posture
mild anterior pelvic tilt, slight shoulder imbalance, rounded shoulders, thoracic spine slightly rounded, weak core, weak glutes, uneven muscle tone between sides, skinny fat, low muscle mass, sum lower belly fat, no visible V taper, stomach relaxed and protruding
health:
chronic sinusitis (that means worse nasal breathing), possible mucosal swelling, mixed breathing pattern
skin:
inflammation on chin, clogged pores

reminder that i’m still growing and i think can improve some of this
interested in: bone base quality/ potential after orthodontics/potential after gaining muscle/how much of this is realistically fixable/any structural red flags
