In my honest opinion the base is very good, blue eye halo and strong eye area. The biggest problems: skin, nose, and narrow mouth.
For the skin talk to a dermatologist about options, you look young so a couple of sessions of microneedling should do it, for the nose try hydrocortisone (Sides of the nose.) aswell as rhinoplasty, and for narrow mouth I'm afraid the only real option is surgery, however it will look better once you thin the nose.
