you won't see dramatic changes overnight though - give it at least 3 months of consistent effort to really start noticing a difference in your looksmaxxing progress. After a year, you should have a lol much clearer idea of what works for you and can fine-tune your approach from there based on the results. Consistency is key, so don't get discouraged if things aren't looking different immediately!
