I’m planning to get bimax, genioplasty, and rhinoplasty. My chin is really short, but I kind of mask it with chin hair. From the side, though, it looks terrible. When I was younger, my nose used to be straight—now it’s droopy, looks like a penis nose.

Also, bimax might genuinely help with my eye bags and always looking tired and depressed. My maxilla and chin is definitely recessed. Genetically, my family tree has straight, button-shaped noses. I used to have a straight nose as well, but it became droopy asl as I got older.
