Your eye area looks great, although I think you're unrealistcally squinting, but even with that in consideration, unless you have some crazy ability to morph the way your eyes looks naturally, I'd imagine they don't look much different rested. Nice brow shape, although they look a little small, but I'm not sure if I would say thin. Your forehead looks huge but your haircut (from this photo) seems to be complementing it decently. I have no idea what you're doing with your lips, but it looks retarded. I'd rather not give a child a specific rating, but that's my analysis of your face. You're not ugly, and I don't think you have anything to worry about.
