I am new here and i would like to be rated. I am 15 years old 152lbs/68 kg 181cm/5ft11. and what to improve about myself and if you have any haircut recommendations.

hairstyle somethimes looks off. but you are alr pretty lean so hard to make a significant change. maybe drop a few % in bodyfat and gain more muscle

Lmtn-Mmtn, youve got decent bone mass, assuming youre not frauding. Your hairs a bit of a mess. Try to grow a flow(I recommend this over a fringe since its lower maintenance and generally more attractive), or a textured fringe. If you wear glasses go for some softer ones think thin rimmed round glasses, avoid blockier and sharper styles. You could easily hit hmtn-lhtn, possibly low mhtn once you mature, youre still very young and have room for more height growth; Optimize your diet by incorporating dairy get adequate sun, or any other vit d source, make sure you get enough zinc and magnesium to make sure you hit your genetic limit, once your growth plates have closed or your height slows down go on a cut, dont do this now it might stunt your growth youre already pretty skinny hit the gym or do calisthenics to gain some muscle mass, get a dexa scanner to scan your progress later on. Good base High potential.

Alright thanks do you know if zinc/magnesium overload is bad and if it is bad in puperty aswell. I am late blommer btw.

Its practically impossible to overload on zinc and magnesium without taking supplements(supplements are also going to cause mineral imbalances which could harm growth). You can get both of them just from consuming meats(preferably red meats) and dairy, even if you over eat your body can slow down absorption, i wouldnt worry about overload. Obviously still bad in puberty kidney damage is likely. Needless to say dont depend on highly processed meat and dairy for your zinc and magnesium. Youll likely hit 6’1 or so regardless of what you do so i wouldnt worry too much about it

So you would not recommend supplements at all or no?
I take omega-3 and vitamin d3 should i get more supplements or cut them off?
 
Omega 3 is pretty hard to over do as long as you keep it within 1-2 g. Keep vitamin b3 around 30-35mg daily. Js check if your b3 is 100% dv(daily value) or lower if so dw about it. Since you can overload on it while eating meat and dairy for your zinc/magnesium. Id recommend not taking supplements if you can get your hands on foods that naturally contain the vitamins otherwise its fine
