you should clean the acne scars with the laser treatment, softmax wise.

also your chin seems too short/small, consider genioplasty hardmaxx in future, nothing serious but will ascend you to low HTN - HTN probably.

I don’t think you can alter the pigmentation of your lips permanently (I might be wrong).

Exfoliating your lips gently with a toothbrush and applying Vaseline a few times a week can be great for the appearance of them.
