5”10 which is kinda tall for my age and 145 lbs scale tells me 15% bf but I’m prob more like 20% any soft maxes I can do or is it over.

You got a lot of potential bro, especially with height at that age. Might not be the flashy answer you’re looking for but just workout (specifically build muscle) and eat food at a surplus. Also get off this forum you will receive more harm than good. God bless man

Thanks for the advice but my physique is skinny fat right now and I’m eating 1400 cal idk if that’s too low I’m pretty sedentary during the day
 
1400 cals is way too low bro, look up alex hormozi diet on youtube it’s really easy to follow.

not over but i can see that you are really skinny guy, start going to the gym to framemaxx a little bit because your shoulders are your biggest flaw definitely, you are young so your bones are still growing testosterone max in the gym and your clavicles should grow and eat more let puberty do its own thing, good luck brother

alr i cant go to the gym rn cuz i cant get a membership(too young) i have 10 pounds dumbells but they r too light will those work
