Alright, so this guy's got that down-to-earth vibe that ladies usually dig. Around MTN, get rid of the blonde. Pretty good base I deff see room for some improvement. U got pretty dark and dense eyelashes, so I would grow them out as well as the eyebrows + darken brows, get rid of the blonde hair + new hairstyle and pack some weight on. U would deff look better with darker coloring, would make you more gl and ur eyes would pop more. For surgery I would look into jaw and under eye, jaw looks too steep from the front and needs more bigonial width. Don't ask me anything about surgery though.
