the maximum u can ascend is prolly 1 psl, maybe 2 (even by hardmaxxing) if u were super fat and trash skin. That means bascially if u are a mtn the highest u can get to is lhtn or hmtn, if u are sub 5 then lmtn to mmtn is ur limit. Theres no true adam the closest u can get to is prolly 9 to 9.5 since personal preferance is huge and varies from person to person (dark vs light hair, blue vs green eyes type shi). So dont keep hopes of lookign like henry cavill. u seem to be fat as fuck the easiest and most rewardign looksmax for u is prolly just losign weight
