This is a current photo of me, I dyed my hair black, and had several minor surgeries, I dont want to go in depht on that.

i don't like your philtrum and mouth shape - but mirin the lenght.
other than that it's good.
but not 6.5 imo

I had a lip lift done but it really didnt improve it much. Theres nothing I can do about that sadly. Im going to look into injecting fillers to my lips possibly.

be carefull with injecting the upper lip it's quite easy to fuck up but i agree.
nothing to do for the philtrum ?
 
Not 6.5 around 5.5 but still good looking
