Very good lower 3rd.

eyes erea is weakest part. Trimm/groom eyebrows a bit better. For the rest I dunno how to improve eyes.
Nose is a bit wider then ideal. I know no solutions ofr that either, otside of surgery obviously

Can lack of sleep and working too many hours cause a bad eye area? looking at older pictures my eye were way more hooded and less tilted.

Only dark circles, that's it. You have a tiny bit, but not muc.

Likely main cause. Aging. Less elastic/collagen skin, fat pads drop down with ageing, and eyes tilt drop because of that. maybe bones changes as well possible ciase.
Solutions, possible. Like below surgery. Fillers or fat crafting (or whatever it's called to inject fat into fat pads.)

Good lower third. Good bone structure in general.

Nose is kinda big though and eye area isn't the best due to UEE + NCT. Why tf do you have a slit in your eyebrow? It doesn't suit you. Why pay money to make yourself look worse?

Get them properly groomed or do it yourself.

Would be ideal for a side profile.

1 I see a slightly maxilla i would reccomened a high lefort 1.


2 You have a strange gonial angle unlike these models.

From what i can observe above you seem to have a long face but no way near as severe as the one down below ccw should fix this but you would also need to move the maxilla along with and do a ccw rotation of the maxilla itself.

3 The nose ideally could be a bit more narrow rhino should fix or fillers.


4 You have a narrow cuck skull this is unfixable unfortunately the best we can do is cover it up grow your hair out is what i'm suggesting.

5 you have a flat zygoma region you could ideally get chink wing with it to fix it ideally.


I could do more but their is 5 that you can fix first

Thanks for the suggestion but lefort 1 surgery is not an option for me. The rest I can possibly do. I will PM you my side profile.
